Veterans of Foreign Wars Departments

Sicne 2002 the Veterans of Foreign Wars have been a part of  the development of Choices of Democracy, participating in multiple states on every level..  In November of 2004, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Southern Conference demonstrated one application of this platform by producing an organizational forum to improve the electoral process of their social network.. The Veterans of Foreign Wars is a volunteer service organization which works for the benefit of local communities, military families and Armed Forces entitlements for the American People.  It has 54 departments and approximately 9,000 posts around the world.  It has been in existence for over 100 years and is the largest combat veteran service organization.  The VFW is supported on multiple levels by its Auxiliaries, open to both males and females related to combat veteran forces.
